Carried out due diligence exercise on Rokel Bank together with Deloisse & Touche (international firm of accountants) in anticipation of privatization of Rokel Commercial Bank. 2004 – 2005. Drafted the legislative and structural framework for the establishment of the proposed Public Utilities Regulatory Commission for Sierra Leone, in conjunction with International Management and Regulatory Institute in the U.S.A. Sponsored by the World Bank, for the National Privatisation Commission, 2005.

Participated in the World Bank exercise on the above and in the legal aspects of the Report thereon 2005.
Acted for TOTAL in Sierra Leone in the acquisition of Mobil Petroleum in Sierra Leone, in conjunction with other acquisitions in West Africa. Sept/Oct. 2005.
Conducted a Legal Due Diligence exercise as the counterpart of DLA Piper (London) in July of 2008.
Conducted a Legal Due Diligence exercise on behalf of the Soros Economic Development Fund (SEDF) in Washington, which commenced in November 2008.
In 2012, was appointed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry as consultant to review the Cooperatives Act of Sierra Leone and to draft proposed new bill and regulatory framework.
In 2013, was appointed consultant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone, my brief was to review and redraft the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone Act of Parliament 2008 and to develop a regulatory framework/code of conduct for the profession.
In February 2013, was contracted as consultant by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security to primarily carry out a comprehensive review of two existing statutes to wit; the Forestry Act of 1988 and the Wildlife Conservation Act of 1972 and to prepare new replacement bills for enactment.
In December 2013, was contracted as consultant by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security after extensive consultations to develop a draft bill of Wetlands Conservation for Sierra Leone.
In 2017-2018, was appointed legal consultant to advise on privatization of key government parastatals.
In 2021, was contracted to review The Companies Act 2009 of Sierra Leone and make recommendations for amendments thereto.
Appointed International Consultant Firm in November 2005 to the Government of the Republic of the Gambia through its Capacity Building Economic Management Project (CBEMP) for the10 year Development Strategy for the Justice Sector and for the Legal Sector Reform Programme in the Gambia.

In 2007, appointed the implementing partner with the firm Emerging Markets Economies of London by the British Government’s Department for International Development, for the implementation of the “Private Sector Development Project for Sierra Leone” under the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Sierra Leone, with a mandate to assist the Ministry with appraising and re-structuring the Trade and Investment regimes, environment and legislative/regulatory framework thereto.
